This three-bedroom house is situated in Richmond Heights, just around the corner from Taupō’s famous ‘DeBrettes Thermal Pools’ and a five-minute drive to the town centre.

This home is cosy and comfortable with everything you need for your holiday.

It has three bedrooms to accommodate up to six guests, comfortably. Two of the bedrooms have queen-sized beds and the third bedroom has one single bed with a single trundle under it. Please note that the trundle is more suitable for kids rather than adults.

Each room is double glazed, the lounge has a gas heater to keep you warm during the cooler months, while the rooms’ area has a panel heater and all beds have electric blankets.

There is a covered carport for off street parking to fit one car and a covered garage for a second one.
Check-in instructions will be sent to your message thread three days before your check-in date.
The house is in a quiet suburb, overlooking Taupō. It is close to the famous DeBretts Thermal Pools and also the Botanical Gardens.

It is a quick two-minute drive to the lake and a minute or two more to the town centre.
This listing advertises a ‘base’ cleaning fee, which accommodates 1-2 guests. Additional linen and resource is required for larger bookings, so an additional $10 per guest will apply for any bookings of more than 2 guests. We will charge the extra fee separately closer to your check-in date.

When booking, please advise how many beds you require, and we will prepare that quantity for you. A highchair and baby cot may be available. Please enquire (bedding for the cot is not provided). Breakfast items are not provided but there is plenty of tea, coffee and basic cooking necessities such as salt, pepper and oil.

For the sake of our neighbours, noise must be kept indoors and to a minimum after 10pm. There are strict no parties, smoking or pets rules in all Be My Guest properties.

If you are booking this property on a platform other than ********, an authorisation hold is required. This hold will be captured as a ‘preauthorisation of funds’ from your payment card, prior to arrival and will be auto released 2 days from check-out, so long as no damage or costs have been incurred. The 'hold' for this property is $200.

All Be My Guest linen comes from our professional linen supplier. It is thermally disinfected at temperatures high enough to eliminate germs and risks such as Covid-19. In order to keep linen costs for your stay economical, we do not provide face cloths.
