It is fully fitted with a dishwasher, equipped with top of the range Bosch appliances, including a bench top range-hood, large fridge and your own coffee station set up ready to go. The gas cooktop faces the ocean so you have a stunning view while enjoying holiday cooking.

The large dining room has plenty of space for all to sit, dine and catch up. The property has ducted heating throughout to keep you nice and toasty in winter. The laundry has a modern washing machine to keep you going after all those swims and changes of clothes. Out on the deck is a natural gas BBQ near the hot tub as well as an outdoor shower for after the beach, before getting into the hot tub and just because it’s an awesome outdoor shower!! There’s even daybeds to enjoy relaxing and sunning yourself with a good book.

The ideal all year round holiday destination with family and friends. Winter wines, hot tubs and heating in Winter and beach, pool, summer wines and air-con in the summer.
The property is only 30 mins from Geelong, an hour and 20 minutes from Melbourne and 50 minutes from Avalon airport. Has everything you need to relax and reset, but if you feel like leaving the pad, then the path to the beach is only 200 meters up the road.

A Large number of wineries are very close to the property including Jack Rabbit, Scotchmans hill and Bellarine Estate. We highly recommend visiting these for an awesome afternoon out before retiring back to the hot tub one again.
Guests have the entire house
The house is in a quiet street over looking the water.
Drysdale is 10 minutes up the road, can you please change to '3 minutes up the road' and Jack Rabbit winery is just 5 klm away.
Having a car would be the best mode of transport
A bus stop is a 8 minute walk away and that can take you to Drysdale or Geelong.
Any children under 16 years old must be supervised in and around the pool and spa areas, and never left unattended.
