THE SKINNY: This renovated 4 bedroom home is situated right on A1A, directly across from the sand and water, just 100 steps from the conveniently located beach access! Amazing morning sun is available in gobs on the pool patio, making this home the perfect vacation house. With our heated POOL, you'll have no choice but to escape completely into vacation mode! (Please see guest section below for info on pool/spa heat and pricing). There are two pool lounge areas, 1 covered and 1 uncovered. The pool area has its own bar and grilling area, plus a dining table and chairs to boot! Enjoy your coffee in the shade, a drink in the sun, fire up the pit at night and turn on the string lights! Cool off in the outdoor shower. There is outdoor seating around the fire pit as well as in the shaded lounge area. This bright and airy high end home boasts 6 flat panel smart TVs! It is situated nearby some great restaurants just a short drive north that are local favorites!
BOAT LOVER'S DREAM: Soak it all in! Bring along your boat and jet skis! Park them in the driveway and then launch them into the Matanzas River at the public launch right at the end of the block!! Couldn't be any more convenient!

We outfit the kitchen with one roll of paper towels, a few starter trash bags and dishwasher pods for your first couple of days. The house showcases wide-planked hardwood floors. The large open-window sliding back door off of the dining room overlooking the pool makes you feel like you can sink right into vacation mode!
LAUNDRY ROOM: We offer a washer and dryer, starter laundry pods, iron and ironing board and some basic cleaning supplies for your convenience. Linens and towels are included!
HISTORIC DOWNTOWN ST. AUGUSTINE: Just a 20 minute drive north on A1A is historic downtown St. Augustine! Take a tour, enjoy the rich Spanish history, the architecture, the food and craft cocktails and all that our pleasant waterfront town has to offer. BEACHSIDE FUN IN THE SUN: Our beaches are unparalleled! We really know how to enjoy what nature has blessed us with here in our quaint little St. Augustine Beach. This home is situated across the street from the beach walkover on the other side of A1A which we can guide you to after booking confirmation. You can also drive to one of the public beach accesses to park and walk on.
TURN IT UP: Want to live on the edge? There are a couple of rental shops nearby where you can rent surfboards, paddle boards, snorkeling gear, you name it! Deep sea fishing charters and boat rentals are also available in multiple places throughout town. Delivery bike rentals available via a local company. Contact me for recommendations.
LAUNDRY SERVICE: We have laundry machines in the house but on vacation, it's up to you if you want to do laundry at all! If you would like to partake, our brand new commercial laundromat The Queen's Laundry is offering pick up and drop off wash-dry-fold service to the St. Augustine area. The cost is per pound and they will work out payment with you directly. They simply ask for 1 day's advanced notice for a pickup request and a 24 hour turnaround time for completing and returning your laundry. Ask us for more information!
SECURITY DEPOSIT: In lieu of a traditional security deposit charge or authorization hold for a large sum, we will instead charge a one-time non-refundable incidentals fee to your stay of $99. This fee acts as insurance for minor damages and covers you up to a max of $1000 of damage. You may elect to increase your incidentals fee for more coverage ($99 for $1000, $149 for $1500, $199 for $2000 and so on and so forth). * IMPORTANT: Guests must report to us any damage that has taken place during their stay before checkout, otherwise the incidental fee coverage is null and void. In this case, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of repairing or replacing the damaged items to you. Your insurance coverage amount ($500, $1000, $1500, etc) is not the max that you are responsible for. If damages exist beyond your coverage amount we will document this with photos and professional estimates of repair, and bill you for the repairs or replacements.

Locally, we have several rental places where you can stock up on beach and water sports gear. Additionally, there is a service called Drifters that will come to the house to drop off bikes that you can rent at a daily rate.
A close and convenience restaurant a few minutes drive north is one of my all time favorites! - Back 40 A1A! You have to try the Chimmichurri Steak Quesadilla and Jerk Chicken Tacos!
We recommend having a car to navigate around town. You can also rent bikes from Drifters bike rental delivery/pickup service.
Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
