We do have a Deli, Restauarant, Take-Away & Lifestyle Store downstairs as part of the building on the ground floor. SOUQ offers variety of items to purchase. The Souq dining experience will offer those looking for a leisurely breakfast or lunch a variety of traditional and unexpected dishes on the menu. The breakfast menu includes traditional elements like Eggs Benedict, French Toast, savoury or sweet depending on your palette, and the unexpected like Japanese Pancakes, and a selection of freshly baked pastries like croissants, tarts and quiche. The lunch experience will cater to all with sharing plates, salad bar, a sandwich/burger bar with decadent toppings all served with hand cut fries or salad but the stars are the Souq Faves

The Deli offers freshly baked goods including a selection of breads and pastries, curated treats from local artisans including small batch handmade nougat, jams, cookies and much more, all lovingly handcrafted. For those on the go, Souq will provide grab and go salads made from freshly sourced local produce and a selection of artisanal sandwiches sure to tantilise the tastebuds.

With top of the range SMEG appliances and SMART TV's, it is the perfect base for your stay whilst enjoying all Cape Town has to offer or for a work trip. Our communal areas also provide a wonderful space for you to relax and soak up the day and incredible views. Enjoy a movie in our television room, or a sundowner and BBQ on our deck, we also offer a quiet lounge for you to work/read a book.
We do have a limited number of parking bays that may be available to book upon arrival. However this is on a first come, first serve basis. We will of course do our best to accommodate your request. Kindly note that the laundry room facility will be at an additional charge.
Guests will have exclusive access to the apartment during their stay. Guests are also welcome to make use of the communal areas during their stay.
Located in the vibrant, up and coming neighbourhood boredring on the CBD, the block is in the hub of all things trendy. Enjoy gorgeous views of the mountain from the various communal areas we have available during your stay. With unique facilities such as; a BBQ Deck where you can enjoy the gorgeous Cape sunsets, the kitchen/conference room where you can prepare delicious meals or have interactive Zoom meetings, we also have co-working spaces where you can focus, such as our Zoom Rooms. Come and experience the beauty of Cape Town with us. New York Bagels, an institution in the area is just across the road where you can pick up delicious bagels (their cheesecake is also a must try)! There is an iconic bakery, Charley's Bakery around the corner and if you enjoy the wonderful Cape Wine's, a boutique wine shop a short way down the road.
I recommend making use of Uber for day to day travel in and around the City.
If you would like to explore and sightsee, the Red Tourist Bus is a great option.
We do have limited parking bays available if you would like to rent one per night. However this is on a first come first serve basis.
This is a self catering unit, but we do provide the basics (tea, coffee, milk, sugar). We have hotel quality linens (300 Thread Count). Stays of 8 nights or longer will receive complimentary mid-stay changeovers.
On-street parking, but often easy to come by.
