Two bedroom apartment 5 minute walk from the beach

Cosy apartment in the Empuriabrava urbanisation. It is a 5-minute walk from the beach and 10 minutes from the tourist centre. It has a view of the Empuriabrava canals and has good ventilation thanks to its two terraces located on both sides of the apartment.

The apartment is located on the first floor of the building. Upon entering the apartment, you will see on your right hand an open kitchen to the dining room, with an American bar and equipped with a ceramic hob, microwave, kettle, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, oven and washing machine. The dining room, spacious, with a table for 4 people, two armchairs (one of them does massages) and a sofa. The wide access to the terrace from the dining room gives a very good lighting to the interior of the apartment.

On the same floor there are two bedrooms, the first is double, with access to a small terrace, and the second has two single beds with access to the terrace that connects to the dining room from the outside. This terrace has a table to enjoy breakfast outside. Finally, a complete bathroom with shower.
It does not have common areas apart from the entrance to the building, it is shared with the community. Full usufruct of the apartment..
Empuriabrava is the exclusive residential marina in the municipality of Castelló d'Empúries. Empuriabrava, due to its geographical location, is one of the most important elite sports centers in the state. It has the best facilities in Europe for practising skydiving and, next to it, the Wind Tunnel, which allows both sports professionals and anyone who wants to live the dream of flying. The impressive Bay of Roses, one of the most beautiful bays in the world, is ideal for any sailing sport and the rugged coastline of Cap de Creus, perfect for diving, snorkelling, or kayaking.

Fun, entertainment, and sports are part of Empuriabrava's daily life. Its wide range of restaurants, activities and sports make it an ideal place to share experiences with friends and family. The weekly market takes place every Saturday along the seafront, one of the largest markets in the region.

The municipality of Castelló d'Empúries - Empuriabrava belongs, since 2011, to the club of the most beautiful coves in the world, along with Roses, Sant Pere Pescador and L'Escala. The Bay of Roses offers more than 45 kms. of beaches. These are characterised by having shallow waters, ideal for families and to enjoy water sports. The bay borders to the north with the Cap de Creus Natural Park, to the south with the Montgrí Natural Park and to the center with the Aiguamolls de l'Empordà Natural Park.

Documents to sign/fill in once the reservation is confirmed:
- Rental agreement.
- Declaration of minors (if any).
- Registration to the police website (Organic Law for the Protection of Citizen Security of March 30, 2015).

All these documents will be signed/filled digitally.

Cancellation and collection policy:

When making your reservation, you will be charged €3 to check the card and to cover the management costs in case of cancellation. If it is not canceled, these €3 will become part of the total payment of the reservation. If you cancel before 14 days for your registration, you will only be charged the €3 administration costs.

14 days before your registration, you will be charged 50% of the value of the reservation, which will not be refunded (of this first payment) if you cancel between days 14 and 7 before your registration.

7 days before your registration, the remaining 50% of the total value of the reservation will be charged. If you cancel in the period between 7 days and the same day of registration, the total value of the reservation will not be refunded.
