Welcome to our converted Victorian School in Fowey! Just a 5-minute walk from the village, 'The Old School Studios' offers a prime Cornwall location. Our self-contained flat suits family vacations, couples, or business trips. Please note, it adjoins the main school house, and noise from adjacent guests might occur in the bedroom. You may also want to consider our Summerhouse annexe listing!
Our recently renovated Victorian school is unique, spacious and bright. You will be blown away by the gorgeous Victorian architecture and the high end, industrial interior design.
There is a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and bath facilities and large television for entertainment.
Our home faces out into gorgeous garden views, with entertaining spaces both inside and outside of the property.
The harbour town is 100m away
This property is available to be rented as an entire unit sleeping up to 24 guests! - please see our 2 other listings for availability, and enquire for bigger bookings.
Please note that the classroom flat neighbours with our main school house, through a wall - So there may be noise from guests in the bedroom next door. For a quieter suite - please check out my other listing for the Summerhouse annexe!
The flat entrance is around to the right of the property, attached to the main house. You will have access to the flat and front entrance garden only.
The back garden including Hot Tub is strictly for Main House bookings only.
5 minutes walking down the hill into Fowey you'll find a selection of independent shops, fresh local produce and plenty of restaurants and cafes.
You can hire a boat for £20 and travel up and down the famous Fowey waters.
The Eden Project is a short 15 minute drive away.
The property is in an extremely quiet neighbourhood - you can hear only the sound of waves crashing at night! Please be aware of this when entering and exiting the property. Noise after 10pm is strictly forbidden.
Parking access is located on 'Hanson Drive', follow the sign post for the 'The Old School Studios' - you may park here.
Parking access is not via Daglands Rd, so don't head here on your Sat Nav!
Walk through the gate across the footpath and enter the wooden gate labelled 'Old School Studio'. The flat is straight up the garden path and round to the right. Please find check in instructions on the listing :)
The best way to get around Fowey is by foot. There are plenty of walking routes around Fowey with so much to see.
Please note: you may see other guests staying in the main house & annexe. Please ensure not to disturb other guests and neighbours.
The property is situated in an extremely quiet town. Perfect for relaxing, but not suitable for noise of any kind. Please be aware of this, when booking.
Parties are strictly forbidden and any neighbour complaints will result in £1000 deposit kept after the stay.
