With a complement of luxurious private three to seven bedroom residences, Villa Park offers a matchless vacation stay. Each villa is unique in design and décor, yet all offer the highest standards of amenities including a private pool, superb location, multiple suites with private baths, and dedicated personal maid service to pamper you. All villas feature air conditioning, cable TV, phones, and ceiling fans, while the décor has a distinctive Caribbean flair showcasing rattan, natural wicker, and exotic bamboo. Shaded patios and verandas provide the perfect place to gather amidst gardens bursting with hibiscus, bougainvillea, and other tropical foliage.

All of these villas are a classic Mediterranean style architecture, stucco plastered archways and distinguished stone columns with generous tropical gardens where hibiscus, bougainvilleas and other magnificent tropical plants abound.

All have a private swimming pool, shaded terrace, veranda, kitchen, and a full private bath leading directly off each bedroom. The villas are furnished with rattan, elephant bamboo and a natural Caribbean wattle work and are equipped with air conditioning, overhead fans and cable television.

The Villas are part of the all-inclusive resort and guests have access to all the facilities of the Resort (including the V.I.P areas). A personal maid and an exclusive menu in each of the eight Resort restaurants complete these perfect accommodations.
Room rate doesn't include the all-inclusive fee. All In Vacation guests pay the ALL-INCLUSIVE FEE directly to All In Vacation at time of reservation confirmation. The all inclusive cost is $150/per day per guest, children are 50% off the rate and children 2 years old and younger are free. This fee covers all meals including breakfasts, lunches and dinners as well as Unlimited alcohol and non-alcoholic drinks and all listed activities and amenities.

Privileged use of all restaurants, bars, and facilities at the Resort, 24-hour food and beverages available in select locations. All meals – access to breakfast, lunch, and dinner in any V.I.P. restaurant on property (some restaurants require advance reservations). All drinks both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks including house wine with meals, beer, spirits, cocktails, juices, water and soft drinks are available from all bars located on the property.
