You also have numerous hiking trails on your doorstep where the city meets the mountain reserve. One of the safest high security blocks in cape town, there has never been an incident.

The 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment faces the city centre with views of the v and a water front – this central location invites you to live like a Capetonian and explore the V&A Waterfront, Sea Point Promenade, Cape Quarter and not to mention many highly recommended restaurants within walking distance!
Guests have exclusive use of the apartment during their stay.
De Waterkant is, in truth, a modernised rendition of the Bo-Kaap and lies just next to this same suburb. This is a trendy area that has maintained, and even accentuated, the colourful, bright semi-detached houses - restoring them into fashionable cottages that, together with the cobbled, tree-lined streets and spectacular views, bring to mind New York’s Greenwich Village and London’s Soho.

This is a self catering unit, but we do provide the basics (tea, coffee, milk, sugar). We have hotel quality linens (300 Thread Count). Stays of 8 nights or longer will receive complimentary mid-stay cleans and fresh linens.
One secure allocated parking bay.
