Brighton Beach, Monash University (Caufield), Chadstone & Melb CBD are just a short drive away, with a variety of shops, cafes & restaurants waiting for you to explore.

1 small courtyard with no outdoor seating furnitures as yet as we are still in midst of searching for one that is suitable

The living space of this apartment is MOST ideal and comfortable for a BIG FAMILY of 6 ADULTS and 2 CHILDREN or 6 ADULTS. Any guests that wish to have more than 6 adults in the apartment, please kindly note the living space will be a bit uncomfortable and tight as this is an apartment after all. Guests please factor this into consideration if you intend to have more than 6 guests with you during the stay. Thank you for your kind consideration.

Configuration of bedroom 1: 1 king size bed which can be spilt into 2 single beds upon request from guests and may subject to an additional fee if we are not given sufficient notification time to do that

Configuration of bedroom 2: 1 queen size bed with private Ensuite

Configuration of bedroom 3: 1 kids bunk bed – sleeps 2 children, 1 single bed – sleeps 1 adult or child (We are only accept maximum of 6 adults and 2 children to minimise the noise level as requested by the community. Hope you would understand it.)

Configuration in the lounge: 1 sofa bed and a sofa

Please notify host of the sleeping arrangement for your stay in advance prior to your arrival.
We have put in a self check in lockbox system for guests' convenience to check in whatever time they want and not be in any sort of pressure to check in by certain time. Guests are STRONGLY encouraged to read through the check in step by step instructions which will be in our welcome message with the lockbox code in it prior to arriving at accommodation. We are here to help if you have any difficulty in checking in.

Guests are more than welcome to use anything we have provided EXCEPT for linen stored in the closets (they are for our cleaners to change over when current guests check out).

McKinnon is a quiet residential neighbourhood located just 12 km from Melbourne Central business district, With its parks and beach proximity, McKinnon makes an interesting base to explore the city of Melbourne departing from the tourist trail for more subtle "insider" experience!

From our apartment, it is 2 min walk to Mckinnon Train station –10 stops 25 minutes train ride to CBD (Flinders Street station) -
From Southern cross station. Flinders Street Station
Take the Frankston Line, get off at Mckinnon Station, walk 2 minutes and you are home!
•2 min walk to Bus stop: bus 626 can take you to the Fashion Capital city ( Chadstone Shopping centre) – 30 minutes

Drive to Melbourne CBD, southern cross station
• 25 min drive to the Melbourne CBD (without traffic).

From airport to our apartment
•Uber or Skybus to Southern Cross and a train ride to Mckinnon station. We recommend to check PTV journey planner at ******** to plan for your travel in advance as PTV journey planner has the live time of arrival and departure.
Strictly NO smoking, NO parties, NO pets and please remove shoes and we have provided disposable hotel slippers for our guests to use upon entering inside the apartment.

*** Maximum number of adults is 6. Booking requests in excess of 6 adults will be refused... no adults on the bunk bed*** (Please contact and confirm with host for the bed arrangement shall there be more than 6 guests)

Melbourne is famous for four seasons in a day. It can be 40 degree in the morning and becomes 16 degree in the afternoon. So you need both clothes for warm/hot and cold weathers. Please check the weather report each day before you going out for the sudden changes in Melbourne. Sometimes in the summer you wake up with a sunny hot day and you think it will stays the same till you get back home, it doesn’t. It can become almost like winter in the afternoon.
