As with many of the beaches in the province of Lecce, Porto Selvaggio Beach offers silky sands and glistening clear waters. It is also LGBTQ+ friendly, so grab your best set of Speedo's, and drop towel for the day here. One of the aspects that makes this beach extra special is that it is entirely encircled by a pine forest, which gives it an added air of seclusion.
To reach Porto Selvaggio, you can either travel by car and follow the signs along the motorway between Lecce and Gallipoli. Alternatively, take the number 104 bus from Lecce, Gallipoli or Porto Cesareo, and stop at Porto Selvaggio.
